Positions Available:

Speech Therapist

We are looking for a full time speech pathologist to work with children in the outpatient setting. Occasional home visits may be required. Our ideal candidate is motivated and ready to join our team and use his/her skills to provide quality care to patients in our growing practice.


Job Description: Assess, create a plan of care, and treat patients to help prevent disorders related to expressive communication, auditory processing, fluency, literacy and language skills, articulation and feeding.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • ​Complete evaluations using standardized tests and address patient/caregiver concerns
  • Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list, create patient goals, and methods to achieve recovery
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients by implementing the Plan of Care and following physician orders
  • Be prompt to appointments and maintain a full-time caseload
  • Work with children
  • Provide services at our outpatient clinic

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathology in North Carolina
  • Experience with pediatric patients, or desire to learn
  • Prefer 1-2 years’ experience working pediatrics, can include Fieldwork, new graduates accepted
  • Basic computer software skills
  • Excellent documentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • New Grads are welcome​​

Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant


We are looking for a full time or part time occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant to work with children in the outpatient setting. Occasional home visits may be required. Our ideal candidate is motivated and ready to join our team and use his/her skills to provide quality care to patients in our growing practice.  


Job Description:  Assess, create a plan of care (OTs), and treat patients (OTs and OTAs) to help them meet developmental milestones, overcome sensory challenges, improve self care, play and self-regulation and fine motor skills.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations using standardized tests and address patient/caregiver concerns
  • Development treatment plans by identifying a problem list, create patient goals, and methods to achieve recovery
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients by implementing the Plan of Care and following physician orders
  • Be prompt to appointments and maintain a full-time caseload
  • Work with children
  • Provider services at our outpatient clinic

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Licensed as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant in North Carolina
  • Experience with pediatric patients, or desire to learn
  • Basic computer software skills

  • Able to work as a team that includes OTs, PTs and SLPs
